1. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of and purchase of products and services from www.chinaairticket.com (hereinafter “Site,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”), an independent online booking agent, not the official Air China website.
“You” refers to any individual creating an account and/or making a reservation via this Site. By using this Site, including bookings or accessing account information, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without modification. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site.
You shall not use the Site for illegal purposes, compromise its security, or impair its functionality. You are fully responsible for any claims, losses, or expenses arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Modification
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such changes. Users are advised to review these Terms regularly.
We may, at our discretion, remove or modify any part of the Site without liability.
3. Ticket Prices / Fares
All fares are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise. Ticket prices include applicable airfare taxes and mandatory charges imposed by the airline, but exclude optional services such as excess baggage, seat selection, or other ancillary services unless explicitly stated.
Fares cover carriage from the departure airport to the destination airport only. Ground transportation, transit formalities, visas, or connecting arrangements are the responsibility of passengers.
We are located in Vietnam and are not responsible for any fees, exchange charges, or surcharges imposed by your payment bank. Please confirm directly with your bank.
4. Ticket Types & Policies
4.1 First Class Ticket Class
First Class Ticket Fare includes 02 pieces of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 8kg per piece and 02 pieces of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece. Passengers enjoy premium services such as luxurious lounge access, check-in procedure priority, and priority boarding.
Changes to flight schedule, departure date, and itinerary are accepted at least 02 hours before the scheduled departure time and passengers must pay the change fee and any fare difference.
Name of passengers cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Tickets are refundable subject to the cancellation fee in accordance with Air China regulations.
The entire amount of the ticket price shall be lost if passengers fail to board the registered flights without prior notice.
4.2 Business Class Ticket Class
Business Class Ticket Fare includes 02 pieces of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 8kg per piece and 02 pieces of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece.
This ticket class includes priority services such as lounge access, check-in priority, and priority baggage handling.
Passengers can change flight schedule and itinerary at least 02 hours before the scheduled departure time by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.
Name of passengers cannot be changed once the ticket is issued.
Tickets are refundable subject to cancellation fees provided the request is made within the ticket validity period.
4.3 Premium Economy Ticket Class
Premium Economy Ticket Fare includes 01 piece of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 5kg and 02 pieces of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23kg per piece.
This ticket class offers enhanced seating comfort and extra legroom on selected routes.
Changes to flight schedule and itinerary are only accepted at least 02 hours before the scheduled departure time and passengers must pay the change fee per passenger, per segment, and any fare difference.
Name of passengers cannot be changed.
Refundability is subject to the specific fare conditions of the purchased ticket.
4.4 Economy Ticket Class
Economy Class Ticket Fare includes 01 piece of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 5kg and checked baggage which is typically 01 or 02 pieces of 23kg each depending on the specific route.
Changes to flight date, time, and itinerary are accepted at least 02 hours before the scheduled departure time and passengers must pay the change fee and fare difference.
Name of passengers cannot be changed.
Refundability depends on the specific fare family as promotional fares may be non-refundable or only eligible for unused tax refunds.
5. Change and Refund Regulations
Passengers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the booking is made at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled departure time.
If a passenger fails to check in or board the flight without prior cancellation, the ticket value may be forfeited as a no-show in accordance with airline rules.
All ticket conditions and baggage liabilities are governed by Air China official fare rules and Conditions of Carriage. In the event of any discrepancy, Air China policies shall prevail.
6. Flight Delays, Cancellations & Diversions
Flight schedules are subject to change.
For airline-initiated delays, cancellations, or diversions, passengers may request involuntary changes or refunds in accordance with Air China’s policies and applicable regulations.
Alternative transportation may be offered by the airline to reach the final destination at no additional cost.
7. Refusal of Carriage / Denied Boarding / Overbooking
Air China may refuse carriage for reasons related to safety, security, regulatory compliance, or passenger conduct.
In cases of denied boarding or overbooking, passengers may be entitled to involuntary changes, refunds, or compensation in accordance with applicable laws and Air China’s policies.
8. Liability & Limitations
Air China’s liability for bodily injury, delay, or baggage damage is governed by the Montreal Convention and other applicable international regulations.
Chinaairticket.com, as a booking agent, is not liable beyond facilitating reservations; all operational and legal responsibility rests with Air China.
Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited under applicable international conventions.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Chinaairticket.com collects and processes personal data solely for flight booking, ticket issuance, and customer service purposes.
Data handling complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR for EU residents. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data in accordance with legal requirements.
10. Security, Check-in & Boarding
Passengers must comply with all security regulations, check-in requirements, and boarding deadlines imposed by Air China and airport authorities.
Failure to comply may result in denial of carriage. Refund or change options, if any, are subject to the applicable fare rules.
11. Administrative Formalities
Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas, and health certificates.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from a passenger's failure to obtain such documents or comply with laws and regulations.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Chinaairticket.com or its content suppliers.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of the Site’s content is strictly prohibited.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where our agency is located.
Any disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vietnam.
14. General Provisions

All flights are operated by Air China. These Terms and Conditions supplement, but do not replace, Air China’s Conditions of Carriage.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this Site and the airline’s official policies, Air China's official regulations and the Chinese version shall prevail.
